What forms do I need to sign?
All participants over the age of 18 must sign a liability waiver, parents must sign for minors. (if parent is not on the trip, we can email, but must have the original- or have a guardian present sign)
Do I need to bring my credit card?
Yes, a Credit card imprint or pre-authorization is required at check in for damage deposits.
Are there any special discounts for kids?
YES!
Will our tour be canceled if the weather is bad?
Tours are booked based on availability and go rain, snow, & shine. Tours are rarely cancelled due to weather - the snow is part of the fun! You will be contacted if your tour is cancelled for any reason and will be given the opportunity to reschedule.
What types of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please keep in mind that debit and credit card style gift cards are NOT accepted.
Can we cancel our tour?
Yes, our cancellation policy is 24 hours non-refundable for tours and 72 hours for rentals. Groups of 12 or more snowmobilers - cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to trip.
What should we bring?
We recommended that you dress in warm layers and be sure to bring your own gloves and goggles.
What about Tips?
Guests may pay the outfitter cash or credit upon check out, guide gratuities are appreciated.
What type of snowmobiles will we ride?
Top of the line Polaris and Ski Doo Snowmobiles. All with hand and foot warmers.

Snowmobiles can carry up to 450 lbs

Colorado State Regulations: You must be 16 to drive - 15 with a valid drivers permit. You must be 18 to carry a passenger. Only two people per snowmobile. You must wear the required issued helmets (ski helmets are not allowed)
